I am getting over charged for a product that wasnt even bringing in leads now they want me to pay 7,716 dollars to them i am willing to make this right if we can come to an aggreement

after being with yp for a while we have always come into problems i had my product for a few months after keeping track of calls coming in and form fills i sent it to my rep and to the girl that did my online content i let them know that my product was not working but they did not listen all i want is to make it right and pay what is fair

They are the worse company I have ever had to deal with

Their customer service is deplorable, we had so many complaints that our online information was not correct and no matter what we did they did not update in any kind of timely fashion if at all. They charge an outrages fee for nothing, once they have you under contract you are toast. None of their services are worth a dime.

User's recommendation: DO NOT EVER ENTER A CONTRACT OR USE DEX MEDIA.
