It seems to be policy to ignore all customer attempts to downgrade or cancel services. I contacted Dex Media in October, after our contract ended and was told i need to talk to our account rep.

who never ever has returned a call nor has his supervisor. When i received a bill in November I contacted the AR dept, They are the only people who answer phones, and told them i was not paying that bill since over a month ago i canceled the service.

The AR rep told me she tried to get in touch with the Acct rep but he never returned her call either. Worse company ever; Stealing from Peter but never paying Paul.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
